Tech Mahindra is currently looking for freshers with below mentioned criteria.
Qualification - BSc (Electronics / Electrical /Physics / Maths / Comp Sc / Applied Sc), BCA, BCS, BCM, BIT from ONLY 2008/2009 batch.
Eligible passing %age - 60% and above in 10th and 12th and 55% and above in Graduation.
Interview Process -
Aptitude Test
1 tech interview
1 Communication Round
1 HR interview
Selected candidates should be ready to work in 24x7 shifts in ITO operations model.
All hired will be taken as fresher even if they have any working exp.
