Job Description :
Seeking SharePoint, WSS developer / architect to spearhead the strategic branding, development, ongoing maintenance, and continuous enhancement of SharePoint-based websites.This team member will:
• Create, configure, and customize SharePoint sites , pages, and webparts, with the support of internal functional areas whereever necessary.
• Define user experience, navigation, and usability for SharePoint sites, pages, and services as needed.
• Serve as company SharePoint professionals team.
• Actively participate in requirements gathering sessions; facilitating group sessions to collect needed information.
• Design site prototypes that satisfy business requirements and present to client.
• Oversee projects from conceptualization to implementation .
• Coordinate and develop training for end users.
• Evaluate alternatives and identify options that work within business and technology constraints.
• Ensure the completion of associated documentation.

Desired Profile :
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Hands on Microsoft-based SharePoint development experience – required
• 4-6 years business experience, preferably in an IT environment.
• 2 or more years experience managing Microsoft SharePoint web portal - required
• 1-2 years experience administering Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) sites – required
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer is preferred.
• Solid creative, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts, problems and resolutions effectively using simple, practical language, in both verbal and written forms.
• Must be effective working independently and in groups, able to participate in accomplishing team goals, give and seek specific constructive feedback, and collaborate with other work groups.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; be able to process information quickly; be able to proactively work to resolve problems by creatively combining information and other resources; be a quick study and prepared to learn and change.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
