Job Description :

Title : Associate Software Engineer / Software Engineer / Sr.Software Engineer
Grade : P2 / P3 / P4

Learn and adapt applicable technologies , products and tools
Demonstrates good understanding of the product and own one or more modules
Gains an in-depth understanding of product business requirements
Understand and analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness
Assists with technical design
Develops detailed designs with Software Architect, Business Analyst and User Experience Designer
Identifies reusable components
Develops software components independently
Develops and executes Unit Tests
Ensures that code is delivered for integration build and test, including release content
Follows standard process and procedures
Identifies and resolve software bugs
Tests and integrates with other development tasks
Performs code reviews: verify extensibility ,reusability and assure complexity has been minimized
Demonstrates problem solving and innovation
Plans and prioritize the work
Proactive reporting of all activities to the reporting managers
Proactively seek or provide assistance as required
Assists with performance requirements
Adheres to the performance benchmark based on pre-defined requirements.
Record performance benchmarks for new features

Desired Profile :

Looking for candidates with minimum 1.5 years experience to maximum 6 years experience.
