Job Description :
Provide support in SUN JCAPS and Oracle Fusion Middleware integration environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve support incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Provide first level support for interfaces both internally (EAI) and with our external trading partners (EDI / B2B).
Responsible for supporting the company Transaction Hub and other B2B and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions across the company worldwide.
Manage incidents in the HP Openview ticketing system.
Maintain problem resolution ownership while interacting with technical and business resources with minimal guidance.
Recognize business critical situations and escalate as needed
Follow change management and change control processes
Monitor and preemptively detect and correct environmental abnormalities
Recognize problematic patterns and recommend long term solutions
Drive for continuous improvement in operational procedures
Oversee EDI processes day-to-day and monitor levels of activity
Desired Profile :
Bachelors degree with a major in Computer Science
Minimum of 2 years of Application Support experience
Minimum of 2 years of Java, J2EE experience
Experience with either Oracle Fusion Middleware or SUN JCAPS (SeeBeyond) desired.
