Job Description :
- System & User Administration
- Disk quota defines to the users
- Mail static's monitoring,
- Monitor system performance/Health
- Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity
- Monitoring Applications/Servers/mail logs disk space band
width
- Verify backup of mails & other system data
- Escalation to our office L1/L2 level work
- Filling and submission of monitoring of reports on daily
basis
- Client's helpdesk to telephonic & mail support.
Qualifications
Graduate (Computer Science/certificate in Hardware & Networking)
0.5 - 2 years of work experience required.
Having good communication & written skill with Hardware & Networking. Exposer in EXIM server and Cpanel. Has to work in Shifts.
