Job Description :

Level2 support for WINTEL & UNIX platforms.
Monitoring the Service center / Remedy for incident tickets.
Trouble shooting of hardware & software incidents in WINTEL platforms.
Resolution of Enterprise back ups issues, TSM, NetBackup, BackupExec.

Desired Profile : 1-5 years experience is required.
