Job Description :
Participate in development of code and code specifications as per design guidelines
Assist in bug fixing and customer problem reports
Complete assigned tasks in time and as per defined quality standards with guidance from Senior team members
Understand development environment, processes ,tools and customer requirements
Develops Customer focus and process orientation
First level testing

Desired Candidate Profile :

* First level testing.
* Team player with team success orientation, mature work attitude and good judgement under tight schedules
* The person will manage a team of implementation experts.
* Very good in coding, designing, testing and implementation
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills is a pre-requisite.
* The person will manage a team of implementation experts, through effective inter-department co-ordination.
* Should have been part of successful software development and support teams with a strong desire to excel and innovate.
* Experience in the Banking / Financial sector would be preferred.
