Job Description :
Required skill(s):
Be part of the team of QAD resources who are involved in Production Support and Business Support activities.
Ability to do detailed analysis on issues and solve them.
Should be able to understand and develop program specifications.
Provide "hands-on" expertise on resolving issues.
Communicate effectively and Coordinate with markets to meet agreed SLA.
Prepare all SDM artifacts as deemed under Production Support processes.
Ensures that appropriate security and controls are instituted and followed.
Should be able to develop test plans and conduct system and functional testing, when required.
Skill set requirements
Must have :
Strong knowledge of MFGPRO, QAD, EB2 and Progress Database (Version 9.1E or comparable)
Good understanding of Suse Linux operating system.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good understanding of Quality Assurance processes.
Nice to have :
Enterprise production support experience
Automobile industry working experience
Knowledge of PVCS.
