Recruitment for Flash Programmers, Graphic Designers, and 2D Animators

Flash Programmers, Graphic Designers, and 2D Animators required for a growing Mobile Gaming/Application, eLearning and Edutainment Company based in Gurgaon at IMT Manesar. Only candidates with a genuine interest in Designing and Gaming may apply. Candidates with prior experience at reputed eLearning, Publishing, Media or Gaming companies, with hands on work experience in high quality design, interactive and games will be preferred. REQUIREMENTS :
- 0-4 years experience with passion and interest in Graphic Designing, Animations, Flash Designing or Gaming
- Working as key resource in Designing, eLearning and online Game Development
- PG Diplomas in Designing/ Graduates / Post Graduates in Fine Arts, Commerce and Sciences
- Action oriented with passion, energy, enthusiasm to drive results
- Candidates with good Design or strong Visualization or Analytical skills
- Self motivators, team players, passionate and dedicated persons

SKILL SETS :
A. Graphic Designers:
- Good Designing Skills with hands on experience of working on Adobe Flash 5 or above, Photoshop, Corel and other related Designing tools
- Knowledge of Web Designing in DreamWeaver will be an added advantage
- Good Knowledge of Flash Designing and basic knowledge of ActionScript or Lingo
- Must have a strong sense of visual design, layout, colour, typography and style

B. Flash Programmer / Flash Integrators:
- Should have Strong Knowledge of Adobe Flash 5.0 or above with expertise in Action Script 1.0 and 2.0
- Primary Hard core programming knowledge in developing custom components, OOPS in Flash, XML, Director Lingo, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, Javascript, Dreamweaver, ASP- Games development using Flash 5.0 atleast.
- Coding dynamic Flash based web application with database connectivity.
- Good knowledge of integrating Flash with XML, ASP/ASP, Javascript
- Interacting with Creative team, Graphic Artist, & Backend integration team to identify and develop online games for various demographics

C. 2D Animators:
- Good Drawing with 2D Classic/Cell Animation Skills
- Ability to use Graphic tools like Adobe Flash 5.0, Illustrator and Photoshop for Animation and Designing
- Ability to translate storyboard instructions into Flash Animation
- Strong Sense of Visual Design, Aesthetics with ability of Interacting with Creative team and other Graphic Artist
- PG Diplomas/ Bachelor of Fine Arts will be preferred

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation is a Must + Diploma in Multimedia, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Fine Arts /Engineering
