Job Description :
- The position involves writing news stories and articles.
- Finished articles have to be error-free with the writer capable of sub-editing his/her own work.
- Plenty of research work involved .
- Mandatory for the writer to be familiar with search engines and the concept of search-words.
- Prior experience of researching for web-content write-ups, though not required, is desirable.
- Multi-tasking in a meticulously planned way is inherent in this job.
- Aart from doing research and working on his stories, the writer will be handling other assignments as well.
- Meeting deadlines makes it mandatory that the writer knows how to work under pressure and submit the finished assignments on time, maintaining the quality of the content all this while
Desired Profile :
- Someone having excellent written, as well as verbal, communication skills in English language will be ideal for this position.
- The candidate has to be at least a graduate but post-graduate diploma holders in journalism will be preferred. Given below are the other requirements:
- Must be capable of providing well researched stories structured in a planned way and written in coherent language.
- Must have excellent communication skills, written as well as verbal. He/she should be good with spellings, grammar usage, and punctuation.
- 0-1 year experience in writing.
