Our manufacturing plant is at Tarapur (100 kms. North of Mumbai) .The average age of our plant and machinery is less than 3 years.
With a decade of export experience, the company now has become one of India's largest exporters of synthetic furnishing fabrics to Asia, Europe, US, Gulf etc.

Management Trainee (Operation / Production)

Job Description :
1. To coordinate with planning, finishing and processing departments to meet already committed dates.
2. Place fabric and trim orders well advance on time as per decided dates to ensure arrival of material on required dates.
3. Follow up on materials and production for on time delivery
4. Quality follow ups on different levels of production to ensure that the client's required quality standards are maintained in production.
5. To ensure that no materials/resources are wasted.
6. Provide post production support and service to clients.
7. To support marketing manager, deputy marketing manager and commercial office through completion of assigned tasks.
8. To ensure that all out going supplies to customers are of required quality level that customers have asked for.
9. To keep booking-pipe-line of assigned customer(s) full with interested product development that matures into profitable business.
10. Capable of handling integrated plant operations right from weaving to cut & sew. Should be very strong on people and process management. Person should be capable of delivering results in a very fast paced, high growth demanding environment.
11. Assist the various HOD’s to analyze, review and drive the business excellence processes.
