Job Description :
- Responsible for System Maintenance.
- Troubleshooting, Installation, Crimping activities.
- Modems, scanners, printers, Internet mail setups and attending day-to-day calls related with network pc software's, optimizing/enhancing network performance. System Security and user access administration.
- solve online client's queries, by co-coordinating with the concerned dept.
Desired Profile :
- Graduates from Science background
- MCSE/ CCNA Certification.
- Previous experience into desktop or server maintenance. Freshers who completed diploma in hardware can also apply.
- Customer handling expertise.
- Fresh Graduate/ Diploma in hardware.
- IT Hardware & Networking.
