Job Description :
•To create solution architecture for potential new clients & existing clients/projects in the space of Microsoft technologies.
•To underwrite technology solutions (new and exiting/running) on behalf of the practice- To work with sector leads to create business/sector specific solution blueprints & frameworks
•To proactively look at emerging technologies and sales pipeline and work towards capability development of MS workforce- To assimilate & evolve best practices in/from current engagements; enforce the same in new engagements
•To work on technology frameworks geared towards reuse within and across business verticals - evolve & establish frameworks
• To champion the cause of Microsoft community within the organization.
•Excellent understanding of Quality Systems/processes, IT development processes and procedures, Prince 2, ITIL and management methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile :
•B.E/ B.Tech / MCA with high degree of business and technical understanding of MS Technologies.
•Very strong experience of 5+ yrs in technical design & architectural patterns - Hands ON senior technologist - Deep technology acumen and passion for Microsoft technologies, enterprise solutions, SOA, emerging trends etc.
•Consistent experience with hands on development in MS technologies (.NET, MOSS, BizTalk etc.)- Exposure & experience in abstracting and creating reusable frameworks & components
•Excellent communication skills and client facing abilities.
