-Familiarity with MS Office, RoboHelp, Adobe Framemaker, Adobe Professional, Adobe Photoshop, Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Captivate, and Visio
-Excellent verbal and written English skills
-Good Communication and analytical skills
-Work closely with the developers, and use product specifications to develop end-user documentation.
