Job Description :

BE Graduate / Dipl in Engineering with relevant experience in automobile industry.He will be responsible for customer complaints, Data mangement, Legal complaints handling.Analysis of complaints and countermeasure for them. Resolution of critical complaints.

Desired Profile :

Good communication & interpersonal skills. Good computer knowledge, CRM background is must, strong analytical skills are essential.Customer & dealer interaction skills.

For Executive Level (Degree 1-3 Years)/Diploma(4-6 Years)

For Sr Executive (Degree 4-6 Years)/Diploma(6-8 Years)
