Job Description :

HRIS Technical Analyst

Technical Analyst will work under limited supervision to plan and execute the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. This position reports to the manager in HR Information Systems (HRIS) group with a dotted line reporting relationship to IT.

Description/Responsibilities :

•New deployments and development: define requirements assume the lead in development of workflows or custom code, conduct early technical feasibility testing use case scenarios in a test/development environment. Develop solution design documents and coordinate implementation activities with IT, Business Analyst, users and other stakeholders.
•Configure system settings and options. Plan and execute unit and integration testing with IT as needed, plan and execute user acceptance testing.
•Work closely with IT organization in connection with all new development and deployment activities.
•Design and provide detailed implementation specifications
•Participate in implementation reviews
•Transfer knowledge of system deployment and new developments to business users and Business Analyst via formal and informal training sessions.
•Participate in new release feature and functionality reviews with Business Analyst, and provide technical support and input.

This position is based in PUNE.

Desired Profile :

Experience Level/Requirements

•B.Sc in Computer Science or related fields and/or equivalent experience

Project Management Skills
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•Ability to multitask between projects with minimal loss in productivity
•Proven ability and desire to deliver projects on time, on quality
•Able to cope with and thrive in uncertain and changing project requirements
•Ability to lead technical projects to user requirements successfully.
•Experience mapping business requirements to technology capabilities, identifying gaps and omissions and designing end-to-end solutions.

Technical Skills :
*BS in Computer Science or related fields and/or equivalent experience
*2+ years of professional TIBCO iProcess, TIBCO General Interface and TIBCO BW development experience.
*Excellent OR mapping and RDBMS engineering skills on Oracle and MS SQL Server to include high proficiency with SQL, DDL, stored procedures, and schema design
*Working web application engineering skills to include HTML, XML, JavaScript, Struts/Tiles, Spring, JSF and Hibernate
*Working experience with UML, Web service, development tools (CVS, Eclipse), Application server (JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere), Web server (Apache), or CRM and ERP systems is a plus
