Should have minimum of 6 months of web design experience, and must be Creative & innovative.
Thorough Knowledge of:
Photo Shop
Dream Weaver MX (incl. Java Script, CSS, DHTML)
MS Front Page
Flash
Corel Draw, and Illustrator is desirable
