To handle our Global customers in resolving technical issues related to basics of networking concepts

Desired Candidate Profile:

Primary Skill :Good or Excellent Communication Skills. Basic Knowledge in H/w, O/s and Networking

Secondary Skill :Prior experience in technical support environment would be an added advantage.

Willingness to work in US time zone (Rotational Shifts)

Age Limit : less than 30 yrs

Education Background : Any Graduation / Dilpoma
