Required Skills:
5 years experience in SAP Basis/Netweaver Administration; experience with SAP Netweaver 7.0 and SAP Web Application Server technologies a must.
Database Management Skills required using SAP or native database tools.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP PI, and SAP BI, SCM and CRM administration.
Netweaver Installation and Upgrade experience required.
Go-Live and Production support experience required.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Experience in Spool management and printer configuration tasks; experience in Transport Management System.
Desired Skills:
IBM DB2, MS-SQL Server data base administration experience a plus.
SAP Netweaver 7.0 Certification a plus.
Unix, Linux and Windows Administration experience.
High Availability solution experience (Oracle RAC, MS Cluster, SQL Server cluster)
SAP User administration experience.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Basis/Netweaver administration. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in day-to-day production support, monitoring, Issue Resolution, troubleshooting skills, proactive system analysis and standard SAP Basis administration activities, Performance tuning.
Able to follow direction from senior member of team & execute to specific daily routine jobs and production monitoring tasks in support of US Client Support needs.
Support and maintenance of SAP applications in a Oracle / Linux-Solaris environment and SQL Server / Wintel environments.
Research and troubleshooting of advanced problems.
Application of SAP Support Packs Stacks and OSS notes.
Participate in moves to production activities, SAP installs and upgrades, support package installation and OSS notes implementation.
Database patches and upgrades.
Special Instructions:
Hours of support coverage in India will be:24/7 Operations
Shifts: 3 Shifts coverage
Desired Candidate Profile :
