Required skills:
- Managing and troubleshooting Windows servers
- IIS administration
- General knowledge of network as it pertains to web applications
- SQL enough to troubleshoot an application and write basic queries
Desired skills :
- ASP.NET (jr skillset, but enough to troubleshoot an application)
- SharePoint 2007
