Job Description :
To work as Support Engineer on IEX and NICE applications with our clients, he would be trained onsite on the both the applications simultaneously while he is on the job. Plus he would be responsible for IEX Admin involving WFM related activities like forecasting, scheduling etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate working in a BPO (Tech support) with good knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware is desirable.
- Exposure to windows OS and has worked on maintaining the workstation hardware.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Good knowledge on Desktop troubleshooting, Hardware, Installation & Troubleshooting.
