Job Description :
Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / M.S.
0-1years experience in applications development in Java / J2EEtechnologies.
Atleast one full life cycle development experience
Knowledge of design patterns, Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, XML, XSL, DOM, schemas, XML parsers and tools, .Net, VB, ASP, COM, DCOM, OOPs, Reporting tools.
IDE Eclipse, Visual Age For Java, Jbuilder, Visual Studio
Knowledge and experience with RDBMS (MS SQL preferred), including optimization and performance tuning.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Designing Experience is Essential

Desired Candidate Profile :
Adapt at developing new features and improving existing features within ateam environment and will require an ability to develop and communicate functional and technical designs in addition to implementation skills.
Maintenance, design/build, and problem resolution of ETP products
Working on problems and change requests in conjunction with the BusinessAnalysts
Coding new developments, fixes and enhancements to existing/new ETPproducts
Testing new developments, fixes and enhancements
Experience with releasing software to multiple customers in a commercial software environment
Handle tasks independently within acceptable time schedules
Provide acceptable time estimations for the tasks on hand
Customer facing skills
Help to shape the future of ETP's Product Development.

Technical expertise
