Technical Analyst handles all customer queries and ensures they are properly interpreted and
answered from the knowledge base articles. They will escalate the issues to the appropriate resource as and when
required. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for customer care and good understanding of
operating a computer and interacting directly with customers
