Job Responsibilities:
The person involved should be able to lead a team.
Must have good working experience with Delphi
Desired Profile :
Should have in-depth development knowledge of development using DELPHI IDE. This should be on DELPHI.NET (Delphi 2005 and above)
Should have .NET framework knowledge
Should be able to create Custom Components using Delphi
Should have more 4 years of hands-on development experience
Should be able to mentor Software Engineers and be able to guide the on Architectural Issues.
Desired Skills :
Should have worked on DELPHI with various Database like MS SQL Server / ORACLE / Inerbase
Good Communication Skills
Good Leadership Skills.
