Web Designer
Extremely Creative, Cooperative & Confident
At least 2 years experience in web design and multimedia related works
Must posses strong knowledge on design tools such as Flash, Dream Weaver, Macromedia and Adobe Photoshop.
Should have working experience in web application design with ASP.net, HTML, DHTML, Java scripts, CSS, Skins, Theme and Ajax.
Having prior exposure in publishing video and audio files on the web and designing work of marketing material is a plus.
Should be able to demonstrate innovative and creative design skills
Must have quality working experience as per international design standards
Ability to handle work pressure, strict deadlines and demanding tasks, as and when required. Must have ability to manage work responsibly and passionately
Ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results, as and when required
Must have a portfolio to show the online or offline best work as a designer
Web Developer Profile
• Well versed in ASP.Net 2.0, Ajax, Java Script, IIS.
• Strong exposure SQL Server (Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Joins, Constraints, User defined Functions, SQL Jobs Transactions, data modelling)
• Familiarity with Version Control packages such as Visual Source Safe.
• Experience with Web Services, Windows Services is a plus.
• Familiar with SQL Reporting Services and crystal report is a plus.
• Experience with extended skills in XML is a plus.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Object oriented analysis and design experience.
• Good design skills and able to contribute to all phases of the development cycle.
• Excellent presentation, communication skills and team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines, self motivated and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Around 2+ years of work experience
Ability to organize and work on tasks in a disciplined manner with a focus on results and deliverables
