Job Description:
We are a fast-paced, rapidly-expanding IT consulting technology company seeking an accomplished Technical recruiter. The successful candidate will identify and develop potential candidates for various positions. Accuracy, follow-through, confidentiality in communications, high tolerance for variety and change, innovative problem solving abilities, creative critical thinking skills and ability to deliver specific measured outcomes within timelines are required.

The job requirements include:

1. 1+ years of IT Technical Recruiting experience
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal staff
3. Good understanding of IT products and trends
4. Excellent rapport and interviewing skills (both verbal and nonverbal)
5. Experience in recruiting candidates, negotiating rates and agreements, closing opportunities and resolving issues
6. Ability to understand the technical requirements and act fast to present the resource to the business development team
7. Strong experience in searching with major job boards and networking skills
8. Awareness of the various IT skills and their applicability and aptitude to upgrade knowledge
9. Ability to work against targets, follow processes, adapt to varying situations and maintain proper records
