Job Description:
-Research and Analyse the best practices on usage of .Net platform from various sources and document them.

-Analyse industry standard quality verification (design, architecture, coding etc) tools for build vs buy decisions
-Work with the Pilot team to understand and quantify impact, and incorporate lessons learnt into best practices
-Conduct in-house training on .Net best practices.
-Conduct assessments/reviews on design and development artifacts of SDLC
-Analyze results of assessments and feed into continuous improvement of products

- Good Analytical abilities, knowledge of design patterns, .NET 2.0, VS 2005/2008, UML, object-oriented analysis and design and soft skills.
