Job Description :
- Strong in .Net Technologies/ Focused much on 'System Architecture (Architecting System Enterprise).
- Should individually responsible to handle teams which work on Design Principles, Patterns, latest technologies in S/W Architecture and design
- Ability to handle teams working in global project teams with people of diverse skill sets. Should posse's skill to independently support the design team to implement the patterns. Will be responsible to handle team.
- Complete knowledge of SDLC and supported processes.
- Very strong in technical aspects to meet the project success. Will be final person to clear all the technical issues..
- Very strong in interpersonal and communication skills. Need the capability to communicate to US counterparts
- Quality consciousness, should independency capable of delivering projects by managing the Client and the Team
- Disciplined, Self Motivated, Fast Learner and Contribute to the organization growth
- B.Tech, BE or MCA
- Between 4-7 years total software development experience
- Atleast 2 years of ASP.Net & C# development experience
- Experienced in OOAD concepts and its implementation including usage of Project Management Tools
- Atleast 4 years of SQL Server Database experience on Projects. MS-Access and MySQL experience added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile :
