Job Description:

To induct the best talent and help them develop into outstanding front line engineers with a broad based knowledge, analytical ability, team ability and interpersonal skills that are necessary to meet both, present and future challenges

Recruitment
1. Short-list best candidates from reputed institutes / universities.

2. Assess them through rigorous selection criteria at Campus Interviews.

3. Interview with Senior Management of the Mahindra Group on board for the final selection of candidates.

Training

1. The selected graduates undergo a specially designed 52-week training sequence in keeping with the vision and the mission of the Group.

2. Constant job rotation to give them exposure to the various functions in the Company, is part of this process.

3. They are then placed in an appropriate supervisory role.

Assessments
Successful Graduate Engineering Trainees are taken into the various processes/departments based on the vacancies and individual aptitude/merit.
