* Design degree in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia design or related field.
* 3+ years of commercial design experience
* High level of proficiency in the use of CS3 software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver etc).
* Strong commitment to design standards, working knowledge of key technologies, and enthusiasm for interactive trends.
* Excellent understanding of interface usability, design and user behavior, experience in User Interface testing and Information Architecture would be an advantage.
* A strong portfolio of interactive design work, demonstrating solid development, typographic, visual design, and interface skills.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, written and verbal skills. Excellent ability to work in a virtual team across businesses.
