Job Description :
Software Engineer /Sr.Software Engineer
• Be a single point of contact with the users through customer service desk
• Identify the causes of problems and work out solutions
• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance
• Provide support to ensure tasks are undertaken to keep production/application platforms operational
• Initiate permanent fixes to eliminate known errors
• Assist in application recovery post outage
Desired Profile :
Desired Skills
• Experience in the telecom application domain preferred
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment preferred
• Experience in any one of the skill combinations mentioned below a must
- C++/UNIX
- Java, J2EE
- Oracle PL SQL
- Powerbuilder
- VB ASP.Net, C#
