Job Description :

*Excellent English Communication Skills.
*Understanding the clientÃs job requirement.
*Identifying & sourcing talented IT professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, existing database etc.
*Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.
*Coordinating interview, follow ups etc
*Entering all activities in database in a timely manner
*Willing to work in Night operations.

Eligibility :

-Experienced/ Fresher with aggression, determination, motivation and attention to details for Recruiting
-Experience in recruiting in the recruitment/marketing with U.S clients or at least BPO/International Call Center experience would be preferred
-Any graduate with IT knowledge.
-Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.
-Self-driven and resourceful with high achievement orientation
-Ability to organize and work on tasks in a disciplined manner with a focus on results and deliverables
-Must have attention to detail, and aptitude for basic research as well as basic technology applications
